Limited Warranty Terms for TrueGear Hardware Products
TrueGear (Fuzhou Yiheng Technology Co., Ltd.), hereinafter referred to as "TrueGear," guarantees the original purchaser that its hardware products will be covered by a warranty for the period specified on the product packaging and/or on the product specifications on the website, starting from the date of purchase. Unless prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original purchase region. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under local laws, which may include longer warranty periods.

Compensation Measures
During the warranty period, if there are quality issues, TrueGear's entire liability and your rights to compensation are limited to, at TrueGear's discretion: (1) repairing or replacing the hardware; or (2) refunding the amount paid, provided that you return the hardware to a location specified by TrueGear along with the sales receipt or a copy of the receipt indicating the date and detailing the components. You will also be responsible for shipping fees and handling charges (unless prohibited by applicable law). TrueGear may also choose to repair or replace any product using functionally equivalent products, new parts, refurbished parts, or compatible used parts.
The warranty period for replaced hardware products will be the remaining period of the original warranty or thirty (30) days (whichever is longer), or any other period applicable in your jurisdiction. This warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from: (1) accidents, misuse, improper use, or any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly; (2) incorrect operation or maintenance, use not in accordance with product instructions, or connection to inappropriate power sources; (3) use of consumables not provided by TrueGear, such as replacement batteries, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law; (4) loss of original parts provided with TrueGear hardware products; (5) non-TrueGear brand parts and accessories sold with TrueGear hardware products; (6) use of non-TrueGear services accessed or controlled via TrueGear hardware products; or (7) abnormal wear or damage.
Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the replacement or compensation for any non-TrueGear electronic devices or personal property. This warranty also excludes TrueGear products used for non-personal commercial purposes.
Scope of Liability
TrueGear shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of income, or loss of data (whether direct or indirect) or for any commercial losses resulting from a breach of any express or implied warranty terms related to this product, even if TrueGear was aware of the possibility of such damages in advance. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Implied Warranty Period
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose related to this hardware product shall not exceed the duration of the limited warranty period applicable to the product. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
National Statutory Rights
Consumers have legal rights under applicable national laws regarding the sale of consumer goods. Such rights are not affected by this "Limited Warranty."
No Other Warranties
No TrueGear dealer, agent, or employee has the authority to make any changes, extensions, or additions to this warranty.
